Returns and Refunds
Only after our review, a refund or resending the same stock is possible within 3 days of opening the packages.
Our products follows the ISO14411 standards. If any faults are found within 3 days, after our review a refund or the same item will be shipped again.
We do not accept product refunds or product exchanges.
If a refund is deemed necessary,payment will be refunded via the same method that payment was originally made. For example, if you used bank account credit transfer to pay, the amount will be refunded to the same bank account.
We cannot refund if the original payment method is no longer available, for example if your credit card has expired, or where the payment method does not allow a refund.
