When the customer received the goods, unpacking found damage, will the refund or exchange?
1.) only after our review, a refund or resending the same stock is possible within 3 days of opening the packages.
2.) our products follows the ISO14411 standards. If any faults are found within 3 days, after our review a refund or the same item will be shipped again.
3.) we do not accept product refunds or product exchanges.
How much do I need to purchase for free shipping?
Our delivery rates are as follows :
A.) free delivery upon purchases over $10,000 ;
B.) A delivery fee of $650 for purchases below $10,000 ;
C.) We will only deliver to the closest road to your address, if any further instructions are needed, please contact the delivery service providers.

What are the covered service areas?
Delivery service covers domestic areas only, overseas delivery is not available. Delivery service is available for Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, the New Territories and specific outlying island areas: Discovery Bay, Ma Wan and Tung Chung.
